Dan’s written a huge tract about Pier Review, and why everything is best explained through a prism of 80’s television:

Midge has made a start on his secret diary, but not made it secret just yet:

“Some people are born tour managers, some people become tour managers and some people have the title foisted on them whilst alcoholically vulnerable at a friends barbecue.”

It also includes a number of sly digs.

And I have attempted to explain the whole thing, but got rather distracted:
